The Tamil Nadu Public Services Commission (TNPSC) is a department of the Government of Tamil Nadu which is responsible for governing the recruitment of personnel into the state public’s service. The Commission conducts various groups of examination for the selection of candidates to the State services. It organizes exams for a range of government posts in different groups from Group I to Group VIII. The Group I exams are for higher posts than the rest.
